The Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 states that it shall be the duty of every employer to ensure, so far as ts practicable,the safety, health and welfare at work of all his employers.
The Act places a general duty on employers to ensure that adequate firsst aid provision is made for their employees if they are injured or become ill at work.
It is a small price to pay for the peace of mind, knowing that you have done your best to provide First Aid Training for your employees.
