วัตถุประสงค์

: เพื่อให้ความช่วยเหลือชุมชนที่ประสบภัยสึนามิ ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต  ทางด้านความเป็นอยู่เศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืนต่อเนื่อง

ขนาดของโครงการ

: ชุมชนเล็ก ที่มีไม่เกิน  20 ครอบครัว (100 คน) ทีละชุมชนโดยเริ่มต้นปี 2548  ไม่เกิน  2 ชุมชน

วิธีดำเนินงาน

:  ระดมความช่วยเหลือจากมวลสมาชิกของ APFF  ทั้งจากประเทศสิงคโปร์  ฮ่องกง และประเทศไทยเข้ารับรู้ปัญหาอย่างใกล้ชิดถึงชุมชน  และร่วมดำเนินการแก้ปัญหา ตาม ความต้องการของชุมชน อย่างมีระบบ ทั้งการจัดสรรเงินทุน อาชีพการงาน  การบริหารจัดการ  สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ โดยมีผู้ประสานงานทั้ง 3 ฝ่าย คือ  ชุมชนคนภูเก็ต  ตัว- แทน APFF  และภาครัฐ  โดยจะเข้ารับฟังปัญหาในพื้นที่ เดือนมิถุนายน 2548  ซึ่งจะมีคณะ APFF จากประเทศสิงคโปร์ที่เป็นแกนนำมาทำพิธีเปิดโครงการ

2.1  ชื่อ – สกุล – เพศ – อายุ – อาชีพ (หลัก , อาชีพเสริม) –  รายได้ (แยกเป็นครอบครัว)  ( ภาษาไทย – อังกฤษ )

2.2   ทรัพย์สินเสียหาย ( แต่ละครอบครัว )

2.3  สิ่งที่ปรารถนาให้ช่วย

Objective: To help communities devastated by the tsunami in Phuket province rebuild their lives and their economies.

Scale of project: To assist up to two small communities in Phuket, each with no moue than 20 families ( 100 persons ), beginning in 2005.

Working procedure: Members of the APFF based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand will first learn of the problems faced by these communities and, with financial support  coupled with vocational and administrative training, will help to resolve these challenges in accordance with the need and wishes of the communities.

This work will be performed with the coordination of three groups – the communities in Phuket, representatives of the APFF and the government sector who will listen to the problems from the communities themselves in June,2005, when APFF committee  representatives, led by Singapore, will preside over the opening of the project.

1.  Name and location of community ( in Thai and English )

2.  Total number of residents:-------------persons, from-----------families;

2.1    Name,  surname, sex, age, profession ( main, secondary ) , income (  by family ) ( in Thai and English );

2.2    Damage to properties form  the tsunami ( by family );

2.3    Where assistance is requireds.
